1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to best suit your needs:

Standard Shipping

• Cost: FREE

• Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 working days.

• Details: Our standard delivery applies to all regular orders. Your beautiful jewelry will reach you within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Express Delivery

• Cost: Rs. 499 

• Estimated Delivery: 1 to 2 working days 

• Details: If you need your order urgently, you can opt for our Express Delivery service for an additional, non-refundable fee of 499. This fee must be paid in advance along with your total order amount.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received.

• Working days are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends).

4. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet our standard 3-5 working days delivery window, please note that delivery times are estimates. Your delivery may take slightly longer due to:

• National Holidays: Couriers do not operate on public holidays, which may add to the delivery time.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or unexpected courier delays out of our control.

If there is a significant delay expected with your order, we will proactively reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to keep you informed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your payment is verified and your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation message (via Email or WhatsApp) containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
